Our Strength class is designed to help build muscle and stamina. These classes you will require weights or use something you have around the house ie can of beans, filled drink bottle etc – get creative if you have to!

Lace up your sneakers, make some space and block out distractions. We have timed circuits so be careful and remember – Maintaining good form in the movement is more important than lots of repetitions done poorly.

12 exercises. 40 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. 4 rounds. Mixture of weights.
Bent over narrow row - 5kg Squat pulse with overhead press - 5kg Step back alternate lunge with lateral arms - 1.5-3kg Sumo squat with bicep curl - 5kg Bent over wide row with upright row - 5kg Round the world - kettlebell Bootylift with chest lift - 5kg Step ups with hammer curl - 3-5kg
