Our Strength class is designed to help build muscle and stamina. These classes you will require weights or use something you have around the house ie can of beans, filled drink bottle etc – get creative if you have to!

Lace up your sneakers, make some space and block out distractions. We have timed circuits so be careful and remember – Maintaining good form in the movement is more important than lots of repetitions done poorly.

AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible. 15 minutes work doing as many rounds as possible of strength work. Need weights.
