"I have been a member of On Pointe Studio since I moved from Wellington four years ago after finding this lovely studio online.
As someone who was very unfit at the time of joining I was slightly daunted by the idea of bootybarre and reformer classes however from the moment I arrived at the studio I have always felt comfortable and welcome. The classes are a mix of ages, fitness levels and people from all walks of life and always have a positive atmosphere. I always feel comfortable to have a giggle when I am out of time from everyone else and no one cares at all, the members are so warm and friendly.
The teachers are kind, experienced and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Whenever I have had an injury they have always supported it with alternative options when required. The classes are large enough (up to 12? in most classes and 5 in reformer) to feel you can comfortably hide in the back if you're like me and into that but small enough to feel personal and have adjustments made if required. I highly recommend reformer if you haven't tried this before, the difference it has made for my back is very noticeable as I no longer have back pain and it's fantastic strength training. Even after four years the trainers always have new moves to try and I love how they encourage you to push a little bit more in a safe environment.
All of the classes are fantastic though and the schedules have something for everyone. I cannot speak highly enough of the teachers, they are all such wonderful people and really are what makes the studio such an enjoyable place to be. Highly recommend and am very grateful On Pointe came up on google when I moved down here :)".

"I have been attending On Pointe Studio in Peterborough St for about 18 months now. Run by Lyndal, Katrina and their great team there is a variety classes to keep the body moving in different ways. Small class sizes mean the instructors can keep a close eye on everyone to ensure safe practices. Each class is completely different from the day before so you are constantly challenged and never bored.
